The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating, organizing and scheduling team activities for projects and effectively curate the overall project portfolio. The Project Manager maintains, documents, organizes and inventories completed project plans for recycling, reuse, or future scaling activities. The Project Manager must be an effective, thoughtful communicator possessing the tools and strategies to drive projects forward.
Key Responsibilities
Preparing a budget based on the scope of work and resource requirements of each individual project
Developing and managing a detailed project schedule and work plan for your team.
Identifying and managing any risks to the project
Tracking project costs in order to meet budgets, providing related updates regularly
Managing contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
Utilizing industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution
Measuring project performance to identify areas for improvement
Planning and controlling implementation of projects
Coordinating and supervising activities within DEV team
Managing customer relationship, including handling escalation and expectation
Ensuring success of projects by monitoring resources and costs
You are a perfect match if you have
Degree in IT-related field
Certifications in Project Management is a plus
Experience in applying agile methodologies and practices, supporting multiple teams
Ability to interact with diverse technical and non-technical groups, spanning all organizational levels
Excellent communication management skills with the ability to effectively and frequently communicate with project team members, managers and executives on key project timelines, priorities and deliverables.
Skilled at cross-functional and cross-organizational communication
Excellent writing skills, the ability to accurately and quickly generate, update and manage project proposals, scope statements and mandates
Detailed knowledge and experience in Project Management Software – Microsoft Project or equivalent, etc.
Detailed knowledge of Collaboration tools like MS DevOps, SharePoint, Confluence, Jira, ServiceNow, etc.
